Lactose-free
Like Poodle, I decided to go on a lacto-free (but not meat-free) diet. Unlike Poodle, my incentive is not to improve my skin, but rather to improve the environment - my small contribution toward the effort to prevent global warming. I will be making an exception for chocolate. I wouldn't want to starve.

I am stinky whether I eat milk products or not, so I don't know if that will work.
It really has worked. I'm surprised. I'm even giving up ice cream. (here in Mexico)
